We want you to love your Taylor Swift Official Store purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once the items are inspected at our warehouse.
